1. Who we are

Alpha AI Services ("we," "our," or "us") is a small business based in Western Massachusetts, USA. We build and operate AI-powered tools for small businesses and operate the AlphaAI Social application on Meta's platform. This policy covers data collected through our website (alphaai-services.com), our products (AlphaAssist, AlphaLeads, AlphaAI Social), and any custom integration projects we deliver.

2. Information we collect

Contact information you provide: name, email address, phone number, business name, and any details you include when emailing us or filling out a form.
Meta platform data (AlphaAI Social): when you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account, we receive your Page name, Page ID, Instagram account ID, profile picture URL, and a long-lived Page access token. We use these only to publish content you authorize and to verify that the connection is healthy.
Content you ask us to publish: images, videos, captions, and scheduling preferences. We store these only as needed to deliver the post; published content lives on Meta's platforms after delivery.
Operational logs: request timestamps, IP address, user agent, and error messages — used to debug failures and detect abuse.
Payment information: when you subscribe to a paid product, billing details are handled by Stripe. We do not store your card number.

3. How we use your information

To provide the services you signed up for (publishing posts, generating leads, answering calls, etc.).
To send transactional notifications about your account, payments, or service status.
To improve product reliability and accuracy.
To respond to support requests.

We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not sell your data to anyone.

4. Sub-processors and data sharing

We share data with the following service providers strictly as necessary to operate:

Meta Platforms — Facebook + Instagram publishing
Twilio — voice and SMS
Stripe — payments
Google — Drive (media storage), Calendar (scheduling), email delivery
Anthropic + OpenAI — AI model inference (content generation, voice, classification)
Cartesia — text-to-speech for the AI voice line

We share data with law enforcement only when required by valid subpoena, court order, or applicable law.

5. Meta platform data — specific terms

When you authorize the AlphaAI Social application on Meta:

We request only the permissions strictly required to publish to the Page and Instagram account you select: pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts, instagram_basic, instagram_content_publish, business_management.
We store the Page access token and Instagram Business account ID in an access-restricted file on our server, mode 0600, encrypted at rest.
We do not access your private messages, your friends' data, or any Page data beyond what is needed to publish posts and verify the connection.
You can revoke our access at any time via Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations. After revocation, our stored token becomes inert and is purged on our next reconciliation pass (within 7 days).
You can request immediate deletion of all Meta-related data we hold about you by emailing support@alphaai-services.com.

6. Data retention

Operational logs are retained 90 days. Published-post records (post ID, timestamp, status) are retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days. Payment records are retained as long as required by tax law (typically 7 years). You may request deletion of your account data at any time.

7. Security

All connections use TLS encryption. Access tokens and credentials are stored with mode-0600 file permissions on a localhost-only Postgres database. Access to customer data is restricted to authorized Alpha AI Services personnel only.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@alphaai-services.com. We respond within 30 days.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes are communicated by email to active customers. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
