Terms of Service

1. Service description

Alpha AI Services provides AI-powered tools for small businesses, including: AlphaAssist (AI phone receptionist), AlphaLeads (daily LLC lead lists), AlphaAI Social (automated social media posting on Facebook and Instagram), and custom AI integration consulting. These terms apply to anyone who uses our services or connects a Meta account through the AlphaAI Social application.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business or account you connect. By using our services, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid services are offered as monthly subscriptions. Pricing is shown on each product's website at time of signup.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are not provided for partial months.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services to:

Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications.
Conduct illegal activities or facilitate fraud.
Impersonate individuals or misrepresent your business.
Harass, threaten, or abuse callers, recipients, or social-media audiences.
Publish content that violates Meta's Community Standards, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), or other applicable laws.
Use the AlphaAI Social integration to publish content on a Page or account you do not legitimately operate.

5. AI-generated content

Our services use artificial intelligence to generate captions, voice responses, text messages, and other content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing content posted to social media on your behalf and for any consequences of publishing it. Alpha AI Services is not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated output.

6. Meta platform integration

When you authorize the AlphaAI Social application on Meta, you grant Alpha AI Services permission to publish content to the Facebook Page and Instagram Business account you select. We do not access private messages, friends data, or any non-business Page metadata. You can revoke access at any time via Facebook's Business Integrations settings. Our use of Meta data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Meta's Platform Terms.

7. Data and privacy

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your business information, customer data, and any content you provide to us for publication. We process data solely to provide the service.

8. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions or third-party platform outages (Meta, Twilio, Stripe, etc.).

9. Limitation of liability

Alpha AI Services' total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or missed business opportunities.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or abuse of the service. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription or disconnecting the Meta integration.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
